Location
Eco2Wear is based in the United Kingdom, where it manufactures its products, and sells on the same market. Despite the limitations of such an approach, the upside of reduced transportation costs and minimised environmental pollution, it is what aligns with Eco2Wear’s mission.
Every year, 1.2 billion tons of Co2 is produced due to clothes manufacturing (Choudhary, 2023). To put it into perspective, it equals the emissions made by shipping and aviation industries combined. While the main consumer base is located in Western countries, including the UK, the majority of clothes manufacturing happens abroad. Therefore, Eco2Wear identifies this issue and addresses it effectively.
In addition, a survey conducted in 2022 on customers’ desires confirms that 25% of fashion shoppers in the UK would prefer to see more environmentally friendly brands on the shelfs and Eco2Wear is at the forefront of this demand (Clothing, 2023; Smith, 2023).

For Eco2Wear, cotton is a resource that is required in bulk. Therefore, the company requires for the supplier of the material to be not only “green”, but also have enough capacity to cover all of Eco2Wear’s needs. Eco2Wear works together with “Clothing Manufacturers UK”.
"Clothing manufacturers UK" is different from other supplies on the market, as they use an innovative way of production called “Slow Manufacturing” instead of “Fast Manufacturing”. The name comes from the process itself, as it is slower, with less mass production and waste. Clothing Manufacturers UK focuses on artisanal production and takes time to make each item with care, leading a higher quality product. In 2024, slow fashion manufacturing is gaining popularity, as consumers are becoming more aware of the negative impact that fast fashion has on the environment and society (Clothing Manufacture, 2024).
Our polyester derives from recycled plastic bottles and other materials, all sustainably certified from "Jessgrove". "Jessgrove", like Eco2Wear, focuses largely on environmental awareness and the impact of transportation to the final selling points. Once again choosing a national supplier reinforces Eco2Wear’s support for the local, circular economy (Jessgrove, 2023).
For our packaging, we strive for excellence, which is why Eco2Wear’s packaging is covered by "Eco-craft". Substantially, "Eco-craft" is a family business originating from 1991, which allows us to support people as a pillar of our corporate social responsibility. From production to disposal, Eco-craft remains ethical and eco-friendly, consolidating Eco2Wear’s strong CSR position on the market (Eco Craft, 2024).

Below, are the current CSR battles faced by these brands and Eco2Wear’s response.

Target Client
Eco2Wear’s one of 3 Sustainability Pillars is profit, and in order to address it, the company must know its consumer preferences. Eco2Wear’s standard consumer is a high-end millennial of any gender. The research and our sales have shown that “Millennials'' is the most payable group when it comes to sustainable clothing (Salfino, 2022). However, “Generation Z” is the most interesting and likely to look for it, but it still lacks purchasing power due to its infancy. Therefore, the company understands this dynamic well and is prepared to change the outreach strategy once “Gen Z '' starts dictating the market. Eco2Wear’s marketing transformation strategy involves TikTok, Instagram Reels, as well as collaborations with celebrities.
